Collin Groves leads the Investment and Diligence team at BDev Ventures where he has made over 30 investments into software-driven companies.
Prior to joining, Collin led the creation of 5 Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) funds in the Energy, Insurance, BioTech, and AgTech spaces while at EY-Parthenon. In addition to being a founding member of EY-Parthenon’s CVC practice, he conducted $5B of M&A transactions and $1B of digital strategy advancements during his time as a strategy consultant.
He began his career in energy at Phillips 66 as a graduating member of their Leadership Development Program.
Collin holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. If you don’t find him heads down in a spreadsheet, you’ll find him on the basketball court or golf course, in the garage working on a new project, or at home hosting game days with his wife for friends.
Keshia Theobald-van Gent leads a team of investors at BDev Ventures, having spent her first year at the firm building out the Portfolio Success Team.
She previously served as the Sr. Director of the United States at German Accelerator where she led teams in NYC and Silicon Valley to help high-potential European startups enter the US.
And, as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at GSVlabs, where she connected the world’s largest companies to the global startup community, accelerated new products, and generated real ROI through digital innovation.
She holds an M.A. from the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and has lived and worked in the US, Asia, and Europe. She loves to travel, cook for family and friends, and is currently excited about Crossfit.
