The invalidity or unenforceability of any particular provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof, and these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in all respects as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had been omitted.

3.4 Privacy Shield Framework compliance

BDev Ventures complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. BDev Ventures has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, BDev Ventures commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact BDev Ventures at: [email protected].

BDev Ventures has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU.

The Personal Information we collect allows us to keep you posted on BDev Ventures’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. Also, to customize the content and advertising you see on our website personalizing your experience and allowing us to deliver the type of content and product offerings you are most interested in and to send periodic emails regarding our products and/or services. Our website automatically collects certain data, through automatic data collection tools such as cookies, beacons, among others. These tools automatically collect the following information:
